the fish is from a friend of mine, that's why I'm not 100% sure about the measurement

Who is this tankbuster? Platydoras?
Hi,
I have some doubt regarding the identity of a catfish from a friend of mine.
Can somebody please ID it.
It's the 'little one' at 00:58 and he/she is plus 30 cm

Re: Decorus in a streaming tank
They come from me Birger
3 are around 25 cm, one is around 20 cm and the last on is 15cm.
This group is rather friendly, but sometimes they try to intimidate other catfish

Re: Parauchenoglanis sp.?
I figured these were already quite good..
I'll see what I can do, but I won't set a date for it (my tank is quite inconvenient for catching fish: 163cmx124cmx0.80cm)

Thanks for your input, much appreciated
I do think, the best thing to do is just wait until they grow larger
I personally, think it's either P punctatus or P guttatus, or perhaps a new, closely related, species

What a nice video, thanks for sharing
They seem quite visible.
Are they this visible all day, or just during feedding time?

Re: Syno decorus
I keep 5 Large Synodontis decorus together in a 1500 liter tank without any issues.
2 other Synodontis species are kept in the same tank along with several other cats
The S decorus all have their own spot, but are far from aggressive towards (each)other(s)

Heteropneustes fossilis, or not?
Somebody is offering this fish nearby and I'm wondering if one of you could shine a light on it? ;) Many people say it's a Heteropneustes fossilis, but the fact that the caudal and anal fin are not separated, so it seems, had a friend of mine in doubt about whether it could be a Heteropneustes fossi...
