I think you can still target feed the L201 by providing large chunks of veggie, shrimp and fish filet. these chunks will be far to large for the hoplo's to swallow whole.

It looks like some sort of Ancistrus to me. it has the white tips at the end of the caudal and dorsal which are characteristics for many species in this genus.

I too think it is L211! this one certainly is not L265. these have a more orange, rusty color on the dorsal and caudal and they also have a small black dot on every bone plate. your fish does not show any of these characteristics.
