Both male based in the tentacle growth on the top of the heads.

And the red spot on the head is a dead give away that they are both male.

I have had females with some tentacles, but the body shape tells me those are both males.

Females will sometimes have them around the mouth but I have yet to see a female with bristles up the nose...... or have the red spot on the head.
