Two new species of Trichomycterus from Colombia

Post by lfinley58 »

Ardila Rodríguez, C.A. 2017. DOS NUEVAS SPECIES DE PECES TRICHOMYCTERUS PARA EL DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTANDER COLOMBIA. Departmento Del Atlantico, Diciembre 15 De 2017, No. 10. Barranquilla, Colombia. 20 plus two pages.

This paper describes two new species of Trichomycterus: T. betuliaensis and T. mogotensis.

For some reason unknown, I cannot get a cut and paste on the English abstract but the link below will take you to the open access paper (text in Spanish).

Thanks Eric! I couldn't make it work from the site or on the downloaded PDF. Can't figure that out.

No problem Lee. I did a "screen capture" to get an image of the abstract, then imported it through Nuance Paperport, which automatically converted the picture to an MS Word file. I checked for and corrected spelling mistakes created by the scanning/OCR process, and voila! Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy! :-)

Cheers, Eric

Thanks for the "formula" Eric. I do "screen capture" when necessary, but the rest is new to me. Something to check out.
