Rineloricaria filamentosa

Ive found a shop that sells these for £3.35 at 2 1/2" which seems like a great price to me. Has anyone kept them before and how would a few do in a 150G with cichlids like Severums, acaca and tapajo geophagus?

Hmm. That isn't a valid species. There is a

Lamontichthys filamentosus

, but I'd expect that to be much more than £3.35. Which leads me to wonder what it actually is...

They had them down as Loricaria filamentosa but i did ome googling as Rineloricaria filamentosa
came up with quite a few results. Ill ask them if they can get a picture of them.

I did a quick google too, and I even found a reference to a Shane's world article with R. filamentosa, but neither Catalog of Fishes, nor Fishbase can find this combination even as a synonym, although other websites seem to say that it's been used - perhaps it's a "aquarist only" synonym - meaning that no scientist has used this name in a proper scientific paper, but rather a name sometimes used in fish-shops [this is purely speculation as to how come this name exists on the web, but not in the scientific names].
