I bought these as L183's however given they only have 8 dorsal spines its obvious their not.

i grabbed a few photos, unfortunatly their all from above the water, so the quality isnt the greatest (however its better than if i tried from the side, its a plastic container their in at the moment. so everything looks milky)

have you got any profile shots of them

i did a fair bit of googling and found nothing (apart from it also being called Ancistrus sp small spots) the L213 results were mostly just lists of all the known catfish
