Syno question

I have 9 Syno's in my new tank. 5 s. polli, 2 s. angelicus, 1 s.schoutdeni, and 1 s.flavitaeniatus. All are 1.5-2". What should I feed them? I have brine shrimp (frozen), bloodworms (frozen), and New Life Spectrum pellets. I also need to no how often to feed them and if switching up their food would cause any poblems? Thanks

All of your foods should work, and depending on how much you feed per session, once or twice a day should do. Switching between the foods is fine.
