Hi I would like to introduce myself

Post by futte81 »

My name is Maj-Britt,I´m 27 and live in Denmark. My husband and I have 4 aquariums from 19litres to 594litres. We are very fascinated by catfish, and are currently waiting for 4 unidentified catfish, very exiting :D .So far we have: 1 hypostomus plecostomus and 2 playtydoras costatus(Striped talking catfish). In our 19L we have: 1.4.1 poeicilia wingei,3.3 puntius titteya,7 applesnails, and unknown amount of Red Cherry Shrimps. In our 128L: 2 Tetraodon nigroviridis. 200L: 1.1 Cryptoheros nigrofasciatus,3 Procambarus sp. 325L: 35 applesnails so far.The titteya is going to be moved there, when it is ready for fish in about a week or so. And our 594L is not ready before either,so the catfish is currently living in 200L..But they will be moved next sunday. :D

A little about me: I have 4 children,3 boys and 1 girl. The boys are 8 and 6 years,and I have a baby,he´s 12 weeks old. My little girl is 2.
Besides the aquariums we have a golden retriever,he´s 1½ years old.

I´m sorry if I don´t spell correctly or my sentenses don´t make sense, but it´s been along time since school  please bear with me..

That´s about all I think.. If you want to know more, please don´t hessitate to ask :)

Hugs,Maj-Britt

Welcome to Planet Catfish, Maj-Britt. (And your name matches my mothers middle names, to add to the coincidences of life).

Welcome Maj-Britt, you are doing very well with english if you have only studied it in school. I am a bit excited to see another catfish lover who also keeps endlers. Did you perhaps get them from Karen Koomans?

Welcome to Planet Catfish, Maj-Britt :D
Hope you will be able to post some pics of your unidentified catfish when they arrive - sounds very exciting!
I am sure someone here will be able to put a name to them if you can supply some pictures.

Martin
