I Just caught a couple juvie bullheads at our local river I plan on either setting up a tank for them or adding them to our pond.
I just need some general info: Max size in captivity, Best foods, Temperment,

I am guessing that you've gotten yellow or black bullheads, which seem the most common around here (I have a yellow bullhead also caught locally). They average about 12" in length (although yellow bullheads max out at 18" and black bullheads at 24") and are not fussy eaters.
As for compatibility, they are generally OK with fish too big to be eaten, which means fairly large fish.
