Trivial typo in June 2009 COTM.

Post by MatsP »

The phrase "he could found" should either be "he found" or "he could find".

"On the 11th day the fries started ..."
should be
"On the 11th day the fry started ..."
(We are talking about baby fishes, not bits of deep-fried potato served with burgers, right? ;) )

There are a few other places where the English doesn't exactly flow:
"I changed one third part of my tank with tap water twice in a three days period."
would sound better as:
"I changed one third of the tanks volume with tap water twice in three days."

"with an individual piece size of 4-8 mm as substrate"
would sound better as:
"with an grain-size of 4-8 mm as substrate"

Note: Please by no means take any offense from this, I know my writing can be rubbish at times, and I've lived in England for nearly 14 years.
