The best choice is L270, first it come with L66 and second even if they are stress coloured the shape and pattern match L270 very well.

I have very little experience with Hypancistrus species, and with Jac saying she wasn't quite sure if it was a Hypancistrus and with no photo of the teeth, I thought I would just "put it out there"...

Today I made some new pictures of the same fish. Sadly one died but I still have two of them. Please confirm L270. Is it possible to see if it is male or female? I think one is male, starting to get odontodes growth on it's tail but the other I don't know.
