Chrysichthys update... I may have a big problem.

Chrysichthys update... I may have a big problem.

So, my lil' Chrysichthys cat has been doing well lately... except for a couple things.
1: his dorsal spine doesn't seem to be growing. the first soft rays of the dorsal fin have grown past it by .2"...
2: He's darkened quite a bit, which may mean he is C. nigrodigitatus.
Check out the pics and tell me what you think...
other than that, he's grown .5" in the last month andlooks healthy otherwise.

It doesn't look too bad but i'd be tempted to siphon the mulm out of the gravel

thats the only spot in the tnak with mulm... its really hard to get to but i can try. what do you think about the dorsal fin?

and does this still appear to be C. polli or does it look like another species now?
