What does it mean when I ACTUALLY see white worms ...

dear all,

can someone advice, what does it mean when you can actually see white teeny weeny worms at the edge of the fins of a cory? like the pec fin, the caudal fin and the dorsal fin?!!!!

what stuff are those?

what should be done?

They sound like infusoria worms to me. :( The cure is relatively simple :D Stop feeding them so much.
