There are two described species of Iheringichthys





I think may be I. labrosus

Opinions??

Agreed. I happen to know this came in with imports from fishes from the right locality too.

OK, and then what to do with Iheringichthys sp(1) is to rename it as whatever new species you plan to add next. HOWEVER, you need to move any registered keepers and do a data submission if any data is present after the rename/move. Happy to do this for you if you tell me what species you are planning on adding.

If I. sp(1) is the fish that is "going away", then there are no keepers on that species, which saves that part of effort!

I did move the image.

There are no keepers as stated and minimal data on the page...I got stuck though as I can only rename within a family .

I have the , ready to go.

For me to change it I would have to find another Pimelodidae, I guess that is where this comes in
Happy to do this for you if you tell me what species you are planning on adding.

Ah, good point, sorry I forgot about that limitation. It is ready now for image add and data correction in line with the new species.
