The "identification" of R. sp Tocantins was given by Mark Sabaj. I'm afraid I can't go into it further than that, as Mark just said "It doesn't look like any known species" without going into detail as to what differences. Of course, the other part of it is that the distribution of R. boehlkei is "Upper Amazon", where Rio Tocantins runs into the lower Amazon.
