No, it looks like a typical Pseudohemiodon species. C. cephalaspis has a different body shape, like a small head. Next to shape, the coloration of all described Crossoloricaria is very precisious.
I know, there is no described species of the genus Pseudohemiodon in colombia. So I think it could be a new species, closely related to P. lamina.

All Pseudohemiodon are very similar with its abdominal cover. All species are completely plated (Crossoloricaria aren't). The shape of the mouth differs a bit by length of maxiallary barbels as well as the amount of fringed barbels. But I think the known species of the described we can determine by bodyshape and coloration. Unfortunately we don't know like Pseudohemiodon amazonus from Brasil and Pseudohemiodon devincenzii from Uruguay will look. I will check if I find the description at home.
