Error 404 doesn't work right...

When I tried out a link (which was wrong) from a post in another forum, I ended upp with:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function pc_send_email() in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/404.php on line 129
Not sure if this is something I've helped with or not... I think the answer is "not".
