If I'm not being too presumptous(being a noob)could I possibly get someone to add some info to C.Robinae,Sc.Barbatus please. There may be a few more I dont own too eg C.Natteri.
Anyway I recently acquired 10 Sc.Barbatus and 10 C.Robinae......Both species were placed in mature tanks of their own apart from some little ottos(who are thriving). The virginae just sat in the corner and would only take live tubifex. The barbatus just buried themselves and didnt wanna eat atall..2 died

.So I made a few calls and was told that both species require Hi Oxygen levels in the water and a meduim-hi flow of water too.So I added sera internal filters and air stones that introduce tiny bubbles into the water; looks more like a marine scene. So what a difference it made. The C.Robinae are atm my favourite Cat.The Sc.Barbatus are back to snuffling around and eating readily.Mind you I did fast them ,didnt want a uneaten food problem too.
I recently read an article in PC bout success breeding C.Robinae...it said they had a medium flow.
So what do you think Am I right or just being over enthusiastic?
