Corydoras sychri with odd bump

Hi everyone. I doubt there is anything to be done, but one of my Corydoras sychri has a rather significant bump, like a small pea is under its skin... the pictures aren't the best, and the animal doesn't seem to be any worse for wear, but any ideas? random abscess? (yea, I need to clean the glass)

From other side... it is actually more significant in size than the pics make it look.
