Hi.
I'm new here, but excited to see all the interest in collecting trips. I've done a bit here in South Africa, mainly while working at a game lodge on the Klaserie River, using a Coke bottle trap. I would like to do more, but as far as I know it's illegal without a permit. Any South African enthusiasts on the site? Or has anyone had collecting experience in South Africa? I don't want to keep any fish, just view them and record the species and location...
