dying Cory!!!! help

Don't know where else to write this but I have a young bronze corydoras and past weeks I noticed his top fin was a bit shredded its got worse and now he can't swim he's spiraling and swimming upsidedown and tilted on his side I have moved him to a quarantine tank and he just sank and is on his side panting!!! Help!!! No other fish in my tank are having problems and parameters are perfect.
