Can peppered corydoras(Corydoras Paleatus) be kept in this tank?

Hi guys. Can I keep 5-6 Peppered Corydoras in my tank? Here are some stats
Tank Dimension and size: 46cm x 30cm x 40cm 14.6 US Gallons
Filter: Sponge(60 L)
Substrate: Round Shrimp Soil
Acidity: 5.5-6.0
Temp:22-24 now, but may be higher in summer
Lighting: Natural Sunlight+Room light
Planting: Heavily planted. Carpetted with a 5-7cm layer of Pellia at most places, but some open space left. Plants include Pellia, Java Moss, Anubias Nana and Microsorium on driftwood, and Dwarf Water Lily, Marimo Balls and Pellia for ground level, and floating plants are duckweed and some stem cuttings
Furniture: Lots of branches of driftwood and 1 stump. 1 pleco cave and 1 planting pot(small)
Current Stock:
Clown Killifish (1 Pair)
1 False L-144 Ancistrus
Bunch of Neocardina Shrimp(WIld Type, Yellow, Cherry)-Some juveniles, some berried
Red Ramshorn snails-annoying to remove
Now here are 3 main questions.
1. Can I keep a shoal of 5-6 Peppered Corydoras in my tank?
2. If possible, any tips for keeping and breeding?
3. Any other recommended corydoras(I was thinking pygmies or dwarves, but wanted to try a larger cory this time, and my LFS moved, so, no more local Pygmies and Dwarves )
My criterias are: Not disturbing shrimps Not hunting shrimplets. Not disturbing plants(not too much anyways)
Any comments, replies, messages or/and tips are appreciated!!!

I'm not sure how trusting I would be with "shrimplets" or shrimp eggs around larger cory species like the Paleatus as all coys are good at getting their insect food from the sand. I would go with a smaller species but if you like the peppered look you might want to do some reading on

, looks similar to the Paleatus without the size and although not commonly ordered I have seen them mixed in with pygmaeus before.

I kept peppered cories with cherry shrimp, the shrimp and cories in a well planted tank, both were both small when i purchased them, but once the shrimp were adults, i never saw any young shrimp but i cant be certain if this was because they didn't breed, or if they did, that the young shrimp were being eaten by the cories.

Hmm since shrimps carry their eggs around, eggs shouldnt be too much of an easy meal. Ans also, from what I've observed, shrimplets tend to stay on vegetation, not usually ground level. Would that help??

I decieded on pygmy or dainty cory. Peppered would be a bit too large for my kind of style and tank it seemed. So far im going with pygmy cuz they are smaller and more ,in my opinion, nicely colored. I know bit about dwarf cories since i have kept them before, but pygmies are new for me. Any advice ohn them?
Recommened preperation?
Hardiness?
Easiness to breed?

PS: The shrimp eggs are going to hatch soon! Yay!
