looks a good contender to my novice eyes, the barbels look too short for S. budgetti and the black spots look too numerous for S. occelifer.
Dreaming of a full-on 5x2x2 Zaire River rapids biotope...

S. schall has a high adipose fin, perhaps is a better bet? I would value @Birger 's opinion!
