Leapord Frog 134 tank size for breeding?

I recently acquired 7 leopard frogs plecos and I'd like to breed them. What tank side do I need? Currently I have them in a 38 gallon which is a 3ftx1ft footprint. Is this size doable? I might not keep all the fish if I cull the males.

If you go to the species profile for
L134
, then find breeding reports, you will be able to read 30 breeding reports for this species many of which provide the tank size.
