Sorry if I am formatting this wrong in some way. I believe I have this fish:

It looks distinctly different from my other "giant otos". I very much like its flat head and its unique patterning.

Which fish do you think I have? How do we know for sure?

please note the interesting dark triangle of color on the base of the dorsal fin
