Looks like a hybrid of long fin Corydoras panda and Corydoras sterbai. Do you have those in the tank?

Yes. Seems that this is the case.
I wasn't familiar with that they can breed together. But now just found out that they both in lineage 9. And it's not common but possible that they cross breed.

Panda corys are known for their hedonistic indulgences with members of other cory species. :))
