scratch maybe. people with clown loaches look

Post by pictus_man_77 »

i was looking at my clown loach this morning and he seemed to have a scratch like line down the side. im afraid i dont have a digital camera so i cant show you.it basically looks like a scar. might be a heater burn but i did not think they actually got so hot to burn.

yes heaters can get hot enough to burn there are lots of posts on this site about burns, otherwise hard to say. you can get a heater guard . . . . :)

What kind of aquarium decor do you have? and what are the other tank-mate inhabitants? Clowns generally like to squeeze into tight spots so the possibility could lye there.
