Problems with Panda Eggs

My 4 small pandas spawned Sunday last week. This is their first spawn, but have since spawned with 4-5 eggs each. All fungused.

They laid 6 eggs, only 2 managed to hatch and all the eggs were covered in fungus(even the ones that hatched). The two that hatched are very weak and hardly ever really move, but sometimes make violent swims towards the surface of the water. They are dieing, I'm sure.

The babies have their own 5.5 gallon tank, heated to around 76F. They have an airstone constantly giving them current. What am I doing wrong? Why are they dieing? How are newborn babies supposed to act, and why do they sometimes violently try to swim to the surface?

Sometimes they're so weak they just roll along the bottom with the current. =(

It could be one of several reasons, sometimes it is down to the immaturity of the adult fish, or it could be the adults are to closely related. There are also many other factors such as water conditions that will play a big part.
