It's some kind of Neosilurus species.

Thanks Silurus. I've inherited this one when I bought the tank. He seem to be liking flakes and other sinking pellets but doesn't like cucumber at all.

I dont think he has got any teeth at all.

Are these common or rare ? I am in Australia and maybe this one a native to this country ?

Yes, these are native to Australia and New Guinea. Quite common where you're at, but they are quite rare outside of Australasia.
