I would say they are Corydoras coriatae from Peru.

Looks similar to the C. Barbatus.... any similarities in the 2 for keeping requirements or size??

Requriements are totally different for C. barbatus, they come from south eastern Brazil near Rio de Janerio and require cooler temperatures 65 Deg F (18 C). C. semiaquelas is from north west Brazil and require warmer water 73-75 Deg F (23 C)
