It's one of those brown, spotted <i>Hypostomus</i> that are extremely difficult to identify. I would say <i>H. plecostomus</i> for the want of a better idea.

That is a Gibby. Its colors are dull just from being in the bag. But that is a Gibbiceps. 8)
