Pictures of the Grokefish
Here are pictures of my trachycorystes A.K.A the grokefish.
This was a while ago when he was smaller.

You can just about make out that he has white stripes along the front/top edges of his Dorsal and Caudal fins, sort of like a Mystus Wykii he also has a white belly.
What do you think?

One more bucket of water and the farce is complete.
I think he has just been rubbing his dorsal and top of caudal fin against rocks and bogwood in your tank (trying to squeeze into caves and such). You see this very often on the more nocturnal species, Doradids and such, and very often after transporting the fish, I once bought a couple of Liosomadoras sp. who looked like they had been treated with sandpaper - all leading hard spines in the fins were gray-white and large portions of their heads too... after some time they healed. I think that choosing bogwood instead of rocks as caves and smooth rocks before sharp ones will reduce such symptoms.
Nice Trachy, btw.
