Can you catch him and take a pic of his mouth? Not sure it's a Hypancistrus...it can be a Peckoltia.
If the mouth look like this it's a Hypancistrus:
And like this a Peckoltia.

Yes it does look very close to
but even like
, and even like L377 or L382, it seams to be a small speciemen and can be hard to tell apart but a pic of the dentition would help a little.

Thank you pals! I think that it is not those what you say, it looks very similar to Hypancistrus sp. L270. See this pic:
I will try to catch him, but my camera´s macro is not so good.
