black+white bottom=??

hi all ,
i have just purchased a new catfish , it is beautiful , but sadley i donot know what is the name of it , it is offly small and they are black and white from the bottom , and big eyes , if you have any picture of this particular fish please do send it , and can i keep it with the walking cat fish , since i have one , and thank god succeded in raising it quit big

and plus my catfish is pushing its head so hard and fast down towards the sand..what does this mean??
