I just purchased a couple of juvenile peppered cories and one of them is doing the funniest thing. I know that cories swim up to the surface then drop down and swim up again but mine seems to have his own little twist on it. He will go to the very end of the tank, swim to the top, stick his little dorsal fin out of the of the water and swim all the way across the tank with his dorsal making a little cory wake on the surface. Then he goes back and does it again and again and again going to the very end of the tank to make sure he has the longest run possible. I guess I'm adding this just to make sure that this is "normal" funny cory behavior and nothing bad. I just find it so entertaining! I've never had peppered cories and I'm really enjoying them.
Thanks!
