Panaque? Peckoltia? Need positive ID.

We're hoping to get a positive ID on this pleco, using a rather poor photo. Please go here:

I'm leaning towards either Panaque maccus or L204.
What do you think?

I'd be hard pushed to ID that fish - if Jon is certain, then I'm not going to say against it. But I can certainly say that it's NOT L204. I would guess if I had a gun held at my head - but I'd have a 25% chance of ending up dead at that point, I'd say...

Hi,

I`d agree with Jon.
It is a little difficult to see the head markings, but if it looks close to this one

it´s pretty likely a Panaqolus (Panaque for you, I believe) Changae.

Thanks, all. I will go with what Jon says, too. We don't see changae in my area, so it's not easily recognizable to me. The guy who owns the fish actually lives in the UK, so it's more likely he'd get hold of one.
Good ID! (And close enough - he just wants care requirements.)
Thanks for the images, Borbi, and Mats, I want to assure you no weapons were used to procure an ID for this fish!
