would it be posible to run a fish house using soler panals thank you

Not in England, i'm afraid
Living at approx. 54 degrees north, we have a maximum sun irradiation - high summer - of 1100 watt/ square meter - only on the middle of the day - on a couldless day. The average between 0700 and 1900 hrs will be around 600 watt
Commercial solarcell produce some 6 - 10 % of the sun they recieve - thus 60 to 100 watts. Assuming your fish house (FH) has a roof of 10 sq meters, this would be 600 watt max - sufficient, I'd say
However, 21 December the max will be only 120 watt - so your FH will produce 120 watts
And at night, it will be none.
On average, expect the FH to produce 300 watt during the day, and 0 at night
