Can you give me some assistance sexing these sterbai. They are all about 2 -2.5" long

i'd say the same too :) also, if you look closely at the anal fin (that's the one directly behind the pectoral fin) it should be rounder in females. I find that this method is better to use in either younger juveniles/sub-adults, or if the cory is a female, but just on the thin side, so she's not showing the trade-mark "roundness" in the belly region.

I would agree with that too - but unless they are in very good condition (and mature), Corys are not easy to determine if they are male or female. It looks like you picked a nice group there.

By the way, is your user-name a tribute to Mr. D. Jeffries by any chance?

No its actually a tribute to my late bristlenose plec. My sons favourite fish and only one that was ever named.
