Catfish Study Group Convention 2010

Post by Coryman »

Hi Everyone,

A little later than usual, but we have now finalised the speaker list for the Catfish Study Group's 2010 convention. For this event we have moved to the prestigious "Prince of Wales" Hotel in Southport. This is a fully modernised Victorian hotel that is full of character and charm and I am sure it will prove to be a good move. Being a sea side town will mean the none fish keeping members of the family can also come along and enjoy the towns many entertaining facilities.

Full details can be found on the CSG website http://www.catfishstudygroup.org/core/c ... n_2009.htm

Alternatively anyone wanting further details are free to email me at [email protected]

For those that are thinking about coming to the CSG convention now is the time to get your places booked. This can be done very simply, just down load the booking form [http://www.catfishstudygroup.org/core/c ... n_2009.htm] check the Saturday evening dinner menu, make your choices fill in the details pop it into a envelope along with your payment and you are all set for a great Catfish weekend.

Any questions either PM or e-mail me.

There are only 10 days left to book your tickets for the Catfish Study Group's 2010 convention, before the early book price goes to full price. Book now and save £5.00.

Hi Ian

I know I've booked my tickets anyway but on a booking form sent out with membership application and Convention info recently, it had been altered to 1/3/10, not Feb.

The form was a reset 2009 one where we had the convention later in March and I missed altering the cut off date, sorry.

The the cut off is 14th February, after that the price goes up by £5.00.

Also, after a meeting with the hotel yesterday at which they have moved the goal posts on us we have to have all the rooms that are booked in through the groups booking form registered by the 21st February as well. This is a popular hotel and after the 21st rooms may not be available.

Any problems or questions please e-mail me.
