No it's not. compare with picture in and you'll see.

O. affinis is a very rare species, I've never seen it in a shop or in somebody's tank.

I believe this is

Ok, thanks. Seemed to me too soon Otocinclus hoppei, but the seller sold it as Otocinclus affinis.

Sorry for my English, are Italian and use an automatic translator.

Quite a lot of fish are sold with an incorrect label in the shops, I'm afraid.
