I have keep some of the fry from my albino bristlenose and I have been keeping 4 in a 36" X 12" tank. I was hoping to have 2 pair that I was getting ready to split up, into 2 smaller tanks. But as my luck has been running.
The 20th we had a cold front move thru, and I was watching all the plecos moving around a lot. I have a number of them in different tanks.
Well today I started to move the fish, and there is 2 groups of eggs in this branch, it has a hole in each end. I put it back and started watching to let them settle back into place. While watching the male was working both groups of eggs, He will tend one group then hurry to the other end and tend that group for a while and back to the other end.
I will leave everything in place and let things come to a finnish.
