Balaji (= Shovelnose) should be able to add species himself.

Assuming of course that he has the time, inclination and necessary papers on hand... sure, why not.

I see entries for Batasio sharavatiensis and B.pakistancus have been created. Will populate 'em today.

Batasio havmolleri has an entry too but is a synonym of B.fluviatilis IFIRC. So that entry can be edited to fit in B.spilurus. Sound good???
Balaji

Major: Now what's this... stone, stone, stone, (looks down at his hand) and scissors. Now. Scissors cut everything, don't they?
Sergeant: Not stone, sir.
Major: They're very good scissors!!

I added it based on Ferraris 2007:

Batasio havmolleri (Smith, 1931)
Mystus havmolleri Smith, 1931: 24, fig. 12. Type locality: Klong Thalerng near Ronpibun, Peninsular Siam. Holotype:
USNM 90304.
Mystus stigmaturus Fowler, 1934a: 94, figs. 41–42. Type locality: Nakon Sritamarat, Peninsular Siam. Holotype:
ANSP 59338.
Distribution: Malay Peninsula, south of isthmus of Kra and north of Perak River basin and Terengganu River (Ng &
Kottelat, 2001).

I did not check any papers post 2007, so I missed: Ng, HH & M Kottelat, 2007. Batasio feruminatus, a new species of bagrid catfish from Myanmar (Siluriformes: Bagridae), with notes on the identity of B. affinis and B. fluviatilis. Ichthyological Exploration of Freshwaters 18: 289–300.

This paper placed B. havmolleri as a jr synonym of B. spilurus.

My bad, I copied and pasted the wrong name. Per your paper

"B. fluviatilis is a senior subjective synonym of B. havmolleri."
