Sudden increased Petricola activity

Post by 660Dave »

Hi, I have six adult Petricolas, they have been relatively shy up until today. Now there seems to be always at least two or three actively swimming around the tank, at all levels. Four of them I've only had a few weeks, so maybe just settling in? But this seems very sudden, like someone's flicked a switch. The more active of the fish seem to be the females (very plump bellies)
Is this normal behaviour? Should I crack out the glass bowls and black marbles?! Lol :))

Mine are very active. Much more outgoing than say, my Pardalis. I enjoy them quite a bit. Good luck with them.
Thanks, Josh
