Error in Header when Viewing Posts

Error in Header when Viewing Posts

On opening a post this morning, i am seeing at the top of the page the following errors:

[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/bbcode.php on line 370: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is no longer supported, use preg_replace_callback instead
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions.php on line 5339: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [ROOT]/includes/functions.php:3931)
Over 20 instances of the first error and three of the second.

This is fixed as are a few other issues given last nights upgrade to php7.2 too.
