What is this banjo?

What is this banjo?

They are sold as Platystacus cotylephorus.But the one in the front looks to me like different specie.Are they really same species?

Yes. "Identification: The fishes mottled colouration is very variable - almost to the point of no two individuals looking exactly the same."
