I saw an amazing sight, and of course I didn’t have my phone to take a photo.
It was a cherry shrimp feeding off the body of a live Panda Corydoras, and the fish was just letting the shrimp eat off it - just like a shrimp would feed off biofilm on a plant. Very similar to how a Remoras fish eats off the surface of a shark.
A quick internet search didn’t show up anything, so maybe I was privileged to see a unique sight?
I wonder what was on the Corydoras’ body that was regarded as food?
Or maybe, humorously, it was what it looked like - the shrimp was giving the Cory a massage.
