A somewhat belated announcement this month! The margined madtom (Noturus insignis) is our featured catfish this month (CotM). The article was also a first to be co-written by Heok Hee and yours truly; hope you enjoy it.
New also at the beginning of this month was the list of recent updates scroller added to the front page. This shows recent updates to the cat-elog as well as corresponding links to CotM if appropriate.
Also added this month where the details of who described a species and when to all South American catfishes.
A few folks have also emailed asking why the pictures they send in havenâ??t appeared in the cat-elog yet. The answer is two fold, (a) I have around 90 Mb or 240 odd pictures to sort through and add and, (b) Euro2004 is on! The latter finishes this weekend (good luck Portugal and Greece) so Iâ??ll have a little more time to get the â??back-elogâ?
