Shocky panda cory

Post by sunnysmom »

Hi all,
I bought four tank-raised panda cory juveniles (about .75") yesterday. One of them seems to be going a little shocky. Not really moving or eating. Won't school with the others, also looking a little pale. I removed him to quarantine. Water in both tanks is good. NH3 at 0, NO2 at 0, NO3 at 5. Temp 79 deg. pH 7.2 (about the same as LFS and local breeder.)

Tank # 1 has diy CO2 at a low level, driftwood and planted of course. q-tank has driftwood, all water parameters measure equal to tank #1 except for CO2.

I don't want to lose the little guy, any ideas? I would prefer not to medicate indiscriminately as I don't know what's wrong with him. He hasn't moved since I put him in the q-tank about 3 hours ago. BTW, q is fully cycled, just moved some healthy fishies from it prior to him going in.
