Underground rivers of Disu Town, 23°34'N, 108°01'E, Hongshui R. syst., Pearl R. basin, Du'an Co., Guangxi, China. Holotype: ASIZB 73176. Paratypes: ASIZB 73172-73 (2), 73174 (1), 73175 (1), 73317-18 (2), 73319-27 (9). Valid as Silurus duanensis Hu, Lan & Zhang 2004. Silurus duanensis Hu, Lan & Zhang 2004. Siluridae. Distribution: Pearl R. basin, Guangxi, China. Habitat: freshwater.
