New tank finally

New tank finally

Well today i finally sat down and setup the new 55 gallon tank.

everything went smooth the Stand i made Looks GREAT the Hood looks awsome

only 2 hitches were that i made the stand hood to a allglass tand and bought a top fin tank (petsmart) the plastic is slightly wider so now i have about a 1/16th piece that the plastic goes past the dam trim and the glass is about a 1/16th inch to wide


other than that looks good


i had to use a different type of bact because my lfs was out of biospria i used FRITZ ZYME turbo start 700 told me it was just as good



Man the tank looks empty without the XL sunken ship half in it. Givet a week or so and i will start planting

What is the deal with the half sunken ship you mention?
